Jessamine County Adult Education and Revive Lifehouse were recognized in Frankfort on Tuesday for their partnership in helping adults in recovery earn a GED while in treatment. Jessamine GED grad Joey Thrasher also received a special award from Lt. Governor Coleman.

JCEF Mini Grant Applications Accepted through October 15th
The Jessamine County Education Foundation will once again be awarding mini grants to selected applicants this year.
Funding from the foundation will be allotted in increments of up to $500. In a change from previous years, grants no longer must be matched. However, if a grant application includes a matching component equal to or greater than the grant application amount, it will receive more evaluation points than an application without matching funds. Applications must include a budget which itemizes anticipated expenses. Matching fund resources must be documented in the application and budget. Projects may not include salaries or items which will be purchased regardless of the grant.
This year, we will be considering applications for CLASSROOM PROJECTS ONLY.
