In order to participate in Open Gyms, girls must have the following information completed:
- An up-to-date KHSAA Sports Physical
- Signed student up for Volleyball in Final Forms (https://jessamine-ky.finalforms.com/)
- Parent Signatures on all forms in Final Forms
